A team off-site can be an amazing opportunity for team bonding, learning and growth, or simply viewed as a waste of time. I focus on creating the former experience. I have conducted off-sites for teams ranging in size from 12 to 60 people. Each off-site is customized based on the needs of the team. Clients range from start-ups like TigerText and InsideTrack to units within Visa and Hewlett-Packard.
I have partnered for 10 years with colleague, Kerrie Halmi, to conduct a Women’s Leadership Development Program for high potential women called Platinum Exchange: http://halmiperformance.com/womens-leadership-development/ I am passionate about helping women find the blend of life activities that they are looking for and providing tools to help them achieve their goals. Program topics range from learning to navigate corporate politics and network strategically, to how to leverage your strengths to establish credibility and be most effective. Participants have included talented business women from Cadence, eBay, Kaiser Permanente, PG&E, SAP, Texas Instruments, VMware and many other organizations. Women blossom during this program and I have enjoyed seeing visible results over the years.
